Give every customer an agent that can actually receive mail.

One API call mints an inbox. Webhooks fire when a human replies. Built for products that provision a mailbox per tenant — not for cheap bulk send.

from voru_agentbox import AgentBox

client = AgentBox("ab_live_...", base_url="https://voru.org")
inbox = client.inboxes.create(username="billing")
client.inboxes.send(
    inbox["inbox_id"],
    to="ops@acme.com",
    subject="Workspace ready",
    text="Reply in this thread.",
)
Inbox address
billing@agent.voru.org

Addresses look like this on agent.voru.org. Open a workspace to mint a real one.

Create an inbox in the console, then send and receive through the API.

Use cases

Browser agents, assistants, document intake, support routing — each one gets its own mailbox.

  1. Create an inbox and put its address on the signup form.
  2. Wait for message.received, or poll messages.
  3. Read codes[0] from the message.
  4. Submit that code back to the site.
inbox = client.inboxes.create(username="signup")
# put inbox["inbox_id"] in the signup form
msg = client.inboxes.messages(inbox["inbox_id"])["messages"][0]
code = msg["codes"][0]

Install and send

Call https://voru.org/v1. TypeScript: npm i voru-agentbox. Python installs from the wheel on this site until it is on PyPI.

pip install https://voru.org/sdk/voru_agentbox-0.1.0-py3-none-any.whl
npm i voru-agentbox
curl.exe -fsS https://voru.org/v1/openapi.json

PowerShell’s curl is Invoke-WebRequest and prints an object. Use curl.exe so the JSON prints as text. On macOS and Linux, drop the .exe.
